Nuvio CX™ handles client and assessor information with the same discretion expected of a professional advisory firm. This policy describes how we collect, use and protect personal information.

1. Who we are

Nuvio CX™ ("Nuvio", "we", "our", "us") is an independent customer experience intelligence firm based in Aotearoa New Zealand. We comply with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 and the thirteen Information Privacy Principles.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly through assessment requests, contact forms and email correspondence. This may include your name, business name, email address, business address, industry, and the contents of any message you send us. We also collect limited technical information (such as anonymised analytics) when you visit our website.

3. How we use information

Information is used to deliver the engagement you have requested, to communicate with you about your assessment, to issue reports and certification documentation, and to maintain our internal benchmark dataset in fully anonymised form. We do not sell personal information to any third party.

4. Disclosure

Nuvio does not disclose client engagements, assessment scope or scoring outcomes to any third party without express written consent, except where required by law. Anonymised, aggregated benchmark data may be published as part of industry reports.

5. Storage and security

Information is stored on secure servers hosted in New Zealand or Australia. Access is restricted to authorised Nuvio personnel under signed confidentiality undertakings. We retain records for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which they were collected.

6. Your rights

You have the right to request access to, and correction of, personal information we hold about you. Requests should be directed to advisory@nuvio.co.nz and will be acknowledged within five working days.

7. Cookies

Our website uses a small number of essential and analytics cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser settings without losing access to the site.
